At Primadar, we give our customers the opportunity to return products according to the following conditions:
Return Terms:
- The product can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
- Refunds will be made using the same method of original payment, within 7 business days after the return is approved.
- The customer bears the shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
How to submit a refund request:
- Contact customer service via email or phone.
- Send order details and product image.
- After approval, the customer is provided with the return shipping details.
