Replacement Policy

At Primadar, we care about our customers’ satisfaction. Therefore, we offer a flexible replacement policy according to the following conditions:

Replacement terms:

  • The product can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • The product must be in its original condition and unused.
  • The customer bears the shipping costs in case of replacement. Unless the replacement is due to an error on our part.

How to request a replacement:

  • Contact customer service via email or phone.
  • Submit the purchase invoice and a picture of the product.
  • The request will be reviewed and responded to within 3 working days.
