At Primadar, we care about our customers’ satisfaction. Therefore, we offer a flexible replacement policy according to the following conditions:
Replacement terms:
- The product can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- The product must be in its original condition and unused.
- The customer bears the shipping costs in case of replacement. Unless the replacement is due to an error on our part.
How to request a replacement:
- Contact customer service via email or phone.
- Submit the purchase invoice and a picture of the product.
- The request will be reviewed and responded to within 3 working days.
